TAGLIOLINI PASTA WITH FOSSA CHEESE AND PRUGNOLI MUSHROOM CREAM

  • a jar of prugnoli mushroom cream
  • 4 hundred grams of fresh tagliolini pasta
  • 50 grams of grated parmigiano cheese
  • 50 grams of grated fossa cheese
  • 1 cup of fresh cream

 

Put the cream in a pan, add some grated parmigiano and
fossa cheese then add two tablespoons of prugnoli mushroom cream. Cook
tagliolini pasta till tender and quickly toss it in the pan until the
cream dries. Serve it very hot.
