TAGLIATELLE PASTA WITH TRUFFLES AND MUSHROOMS

  • a jar of truffles and mushrooms
  • 2 artichokes cut julienne syle
  • 10 “ pachino” tomatoes
  • extra virgine olive oil
  • hot chili peppers

Brown the artichokes in a pan then add some cut “
pachino” tomatoes. le it cook and salt it. cook tagliatelle till tender 
and toss it with 3 teaspoons of truffles and mushrooms sauce. Serve it
with a fresh grated parmigiano cheese.
