SQUID TOTANI STRAWBERRIES AND WHITE TRUFFLE CARPACCIO

  • a jar of white truffle carpaccio
  • 1kilo of squid totani
  • 1 hundred grams and 50 grams of strawberries
  • balsamic vinegar better it is older than 5 years
  • extra virgine olive oil

Chop strawberries into small pieces. Skin and wash
squids and let them boil in water and salt for not more than 1 minute.
Drain in a bowl and mix squids, strawberries and salt, mix well and
divide portions then add some balsamic vinegar and white truffle
carpaccio.
