- a leg of lamb
- a jar of white truffle carpaccio
- 1 tablespoon of white truffle brecce
- 1 tablespoon of white truffle butter
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmigiano cheese
- 3 eggs
- some bread crumbs
- some chopped almonds
- a glass of white wine
- extra virgine olive oil
Prepare a soft dressing and staff the leg of the lamb.
Then tie it well and put it in the oven with extra virgine olive oil at
200°c for about 30 minutes. Sprinke with white wine and let it cook for
about 20-25 minutes. When the lamb is cook cover it with white truffle
carpaccio.
