Knead flour with cold water and add the dissolved yeas.
the water used must enough to form a ball of dough which is soft but not
sticky. Once the dough is ready shape some loaves than put it on a pan
wich has been covered with wax paper and let them rise. The time
necessay for growth will depend on the temperature of the water: the
colder the water the more time necessary and the better the bread. When
the bread has dubled in size put it in the oven at 250°c and when it
starts to brown lower the temperature to 180°c and let it cook for 20
minutes. The bread has to have a light apparence.
